EP Conveyor Belt With regard to the application and heat resistance
properties there are three types of conveyor belts available:
• T1 type - *temperature of material up to 125°C
• T2 type - *temperature of material up to 150°C
• T3 type - *temperature of material up to 210°C
*depends on the ambient temperature, grain size and contact duration

• steelworks, metal foundries, metal processing industry The carcass of this priduct has very high adhesion after the special treatment of coating and shaping.Under normal working temperature of below 180°C,the belt is low in elongation,excellent in anti-abrasion,and can bear 250°Chigh temperature for a short time.The belt is suitble foe use in cement,metallurgical and steel industry. Configuration: The anti-draught body was made up of Cotton Canvas, nylon,polyester canvas,also be matched with top-bottom rubber cover characters.
Application:Belt is suitable in chemical industry,electric power,metallurgy,light industry,foodstuff machining and coal mine. 
Technical standards: GB/T7984-2001, GB/T10822-2003, DIN22102, AS1332,JISK6322, etc. Specifiction/strength: 160N/mm-----3150N/mm Width: 300mm---2000mm The physical and mechanical properties: 1. 2. Tensile property of through thickness:
a. The longitudinal tensile strength is not lower than the following nominal value:

b. The through thickness elongation rate of the belt should not less than rate of trough thickness of the belt should no more than 4%.
c. Straightness: no more than 25mm.
