Rubber Conveyor Belt    Polyester conveyor belts, also called EP conveyor belts, whose tension resistant body is canvas woven by polyester in warp and polyamine in transportation of materials. Because of the high initial modulus of polyester, the belts can choose a relative low safety factor.       Configuration: The anti-draught body was made up of Cotton Canvas, nylon,polyester canvas,also be matched with top-bottom rubber cover characters.   Application:Belt is suitable in chemical industry,electric power,metallurgy,light industry,foodstuff machining and coal mine.   Technical standards: GB/T7984-2001, GB/T10822-2003, DIN22102, AS1332,JISK6322, etc. Specifiction/strength: 160N/mm-----3150N/mm Width: 300mm---2000mm The physical and mechanical properties: 1. 2. Tensile property of through thickness:
a. The longitudinal tensile strength is not lower than the following nominal value:

b. The through thickness elongation rate of the belt should not less than rate of trough thickness of the belt should no more than 4%.
